I went on the weighing machine just now, right after my supper. I'm now 53kg, another kg dropped. I'm losing weight every single week! Soon I'll be feather light and float in the sky. I've tried to eat more, been reminding myself to load more protein and carbs to gain more weight. Of course I won't pump in fats as I have upcoming races in 2 weeks' time.
I'm slowly gaining my appetite, this is a good sign;) I'll try to hit 7km everyday till end of this week. I desperately need mileage! Time to rest. Good night;)
