a day after the Pangkor Training Camp, I'm getting the Post Marathon Syndrome again=p
my ass hurt, legs pain and back ache. I posted on facebook saying it's worst than giving birth and I've been getting response from a few lady runners=p haha. Hope to recover fast with the help of my new toy, FOAM ROLLER! I really enjoy rolling my back and legs on the roller. A day after 21km long run, I can already feel soreness in my legs greatly reduced. =)
