the race race route already out. running track will be the same as the 2008 one which i suffered through out the 42km. itz a long and almost straight route all the way to Kedah Marble. for the muslims, u guys might want to stop by Petronas to perform yr prayers just like how my senior Tuan Salman did. he still manage to clock 12hours 09 minutes=)
last year's cycling route was tough, saw all the writing on the road saying things like "GO NUTS", "CRAZY", "GO GO GO"... and the racer's name too=) those who have done this route, u know what it feels like.
