I took about 4 months to get this running posture, to naturally run like this really need lots of practice.
Kenyir lake will be my next race, time to shift rhythm. Kenyir will be an easy race for me, not gonna aim for any PB. I have other upcoming events.

yesterday I was touched by a Malay romance movie Patah Seribu. I was too tired to study, so I watch movie. At the end of the movie, the guy made an origami ring out of a 10 ringgit bill for the girl. Then he collapsed and was sent to the hospital. He died after that. I sort of expected this ending, but still, I enjoyed the show =)
