Day 26: Going off track

ran on treadmill for 10 minutes and faced mental blockage.
I will only hit the "wall" whereby my body start to rebel me when i do Ironman or 30th kilometer in marathon.

so many things have been bothering my mind. can't even survive 10 minutes treadmill.
out of shape, out of mind, out of track.

chan jun shen will be off to sky lounge in an hour's time.
i need to get back on track. KL marathon is too important for me=(

Hi Chan, we met at Newton last year. Perhaps you can try running outside. Running on a treadmill really requires a higher level of patience and boredom resistance :). If you are free on the weekends, you can come over to Youth Park at Penang island. There are many people doing LSD especially since SCKLM is drawing near. They usually start around 6am. Maybe that would relight the fire.

i recalled that we met before in Newton. so are u gonna run the full marathon? i guess i'll just change my training route. thanks for the advice=) i have lots of personal problems recently. losing the momentum to train...

Nope, doing the half only. I am not really sure about the running hotspots in mainland Penang, but I heard the Mengkuang dam has many runners too. All the best then!
